FAQs
booking?
Your Wedding Date will be confirmed once the signed contract and booking deposit have been received. Your date is not guaranteed without the signed contract and booking fee.
The booking deposit of $250 is required to secure your wedding date. This is non-refundable
but applied to your final balance.
PAYMENT?
You have the option to pay by credit card via invoice for your final payment. An invoice will be sent to you two months prior to the wedding date with a 3.5% transaction fee. If a bridesmaid/s decide to drop out once the final invoice & schedule is sent out, you will still be responsible for the final invoice cost of services.
Paying by cash? Final payment is to be prepared by bride prior to wedding morning so it is ready for our stylists the day of your wedding. Cash payment will be collected in full the morning of your wedding prior to any services being rendered (no exceptions). We only accept cash as a form of payment on the day of wedding. No personal checks.
Prices are subject to change as attendees may need changes or as services are added or upgraded. Prices do not include gratuity. We will not accept credit/debit cards or checks on day of services.
travel?
The quoted service fee includes travel within first 4 miles to location. $2 per mile to and from location will be applied after. Additional travel expenses may apply for locations outside the specified area, including parking fees, tolls and accommodation if necessary. Client is responsible for all additional travel expenses (per artist) to and from location. Additional travel fees must be paid by Cash on the day of event.
CANCELLATIONS?
Cancellations with less than 30 days prior your wedding, client is responsible for 100% of the final balance. All cancellations must be submitted and communicated in written form by email at least 90 days before the wedding date.
Any cancellations 90 days prior to the wedding date, the client is responsible for 50% of the final balance due.
If the event is rescheduled, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling by the makeup artist due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund of the deposit.
In the event of cancellation, the credit card used to submit your deposit will be charged. The booking fee is non refundable.
